Refund policy

30-Day Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at cdcolon4@icloud.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Some of our products ship from supplier warehouses, so please do not send items back to the address on your package or to any address we have not given you. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns made because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping costs. In some cases we may not need the item returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

We can't accept returns of items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts or packaging, unless the issue was our error. Gift cards and items purchased on final sale, if any, are not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
