Snugly Town Uploader: Privacy Policy and Terms

Snugly Town Uploader is a private tool run by Snugly (snuglyco.com) to upload short videos to YouTube channels that Snugly owns: Midnight Minute and Clip Vault. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than Snugly can sign in to it.

What the app does

The app uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to our own channels and to read the name of the connected channel. It uses two permissions: upload videos (youtube.upload) and view basic channel information (youtube.readonly).

What data we access and store

The sign-in token Google gives the app after we approve access. It is stored encrypted on a single Snugly computer and used only to upload our own videos.
The title, description and thumbnail of videos we upload ourselves.

We do not collect, store, share or sell data about any other YouTube user or viewer. The app does not access anyone's personal data other than the Snugly channel accounts.
